Many credit unions are promoting the ease and convenience of direct deposit for their members’ tax refunds. It’s safer and quicker! It also saves on postage and paper waste. If you’re getting a refund this year, give it a try. And effective 2013, any benefit payments received from the government will require a Direct Deposit account.
