Teaching Kids More About Money

I love kids. It’s especially rewarding when they begin to grasp the idea of saving and the responsibility that comes with earning money. MPI is dedicated to helping our youth with three dynamic credit union programs. Each connects to a different age group, aimed to engage and encourage good savings habits. I’m personally excited to be involved, assisting with the development of educational and promotional copy for each.

This spring, watch for Savings Blast Off Week. It’s designed to create brand loyalty for all three of our youth programs: Dollar Dog Kids Club,® cha-ching!,SM and the edge,SM You can use the promotion to encourage kids and young adults to learn more about their credit union or simply as a way to create a stronger bond with your members.

Savings Blast Off Week will be April 21-27, 2013, to correspond with CUNA’s national event. We’ve created an idea flyer to help you plan for the week; posters, coloring pages, and inserts are available. You can also order promotional items as a special tie-in.
